Newly renovated, modern and comfortably furnished vacation apartment with terrace and large garden. The apartment, with 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, is ideal for 4 people. In the basement there is another room for children, teenagers or guests. The room has a single bed, which is also extendable, as well as a spacious wardrobe and desk.
The sauna in the basement is a common area for guests of both apartments. There is also a shower in the room, separate toilet, as well as the washing machine and dryer. In the sauna area there is another lockable guest room, which can also be used.

The kitchen with sitting area is equipped with all necessities: Stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
Adjacent to the kitchen and living room is the dining room with a large table and a view of the garden. The living room with tiled stove invites you to relax. The apartment has a complete bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink as well as toilet and additionally a guest toilet.

Cancellation
Current Cancellation Policy: Flexible - 21 days.
Cancellation of the booking free of charge is possible until 21 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after this date, in case of no-show or early departure, we allow ourselves to charge you 90% of the room rate per night.

Deposit
For make accommodations will be a Deposit charged upon conclusion of the accommodation contract. This is due together with the payment of the balance. In case of non-payment, the related booking will be cancelled. A full refund of the deposit will be made provided that the booked accommodation has been left without damage to the furniture and without heavy soiling beyond the normal case after checkout.
